The deadline to submit the form for the short program/rhythm dance is Wednesday 2/4. You may resubmit the form at any time prior to the deadline to change your choices.
You must hit submit in order for your form submission to be counted. Partial submissions will not be counted and you will receive zero (0) points for the competition. Keep going until you see the final page that says you're done.
