I am doing things a bit differently this time. We are going to schedule the first 2 sessions in advance. I will pick the 2 most popular options, and we can all pencil them in on our calendars. At the start of each month, I will reach out to confirm that the date chosen is still good for everyone. If it is, I will open up RSVPing for that date. If not, we will either choose the next best date for everyone or cancel for the month if no date works for everyone.
