Flags will be rated on a scale of 1-5 in three categories and the flag with the highest overall rating will win. The three categories are: distinctiveness (is it unique?), meaningfulness (does its design reflect what it represents?), and vibe (does it feel like a good flag even if it doesn't follow "good flag rules"?).
The deadline to submit the form is Thursday 2/5. You may resubmit the form at any time prior to the deadline to change your choices.
You must hit submit in order for your form submission to be counted. Partial submissions will not be counted. Keep going until you see the final page that says you're done.
